Abigail is an Associate in the firm's Intellectual Property and TMT Practice Group. She has particular expertise in corporate IP matters, such as the drafting and review of licensing and franchise agreements relating to IP assets. Abigail is also regularly involved in IP protection matters, software non-compliance issues and various IP infringement cases in addition to her work in general corporate and commercial matters.
