Andyana is an Associate in the firm's Corporate, Commercial and Capital Markets Practice Group. She is closely involved in many liquidation, debt restructuring and bankruptcy matters in the financial services sector where she frequently handles creditors meetings, debt and receiveables verification process including the overall debt restructuring negotiation with the creditors.

Andyana has also been active in advising clients on general corporate and commercial matters in the emerging area of fintech, payment services and digital banking in addition to personal data protection aspect of these industries, with an emphasis on legal and regulatory issues that arise from the innovative use of technology in financial services.

Currently, she assists the firm's Partners that received the mandate as the liquidation team approved by the Financial Services Authority to manage a high profile liquidation process of one of the earliest pioneers in fintech lending, aside from her active contribution in several legal due diligence process in relation to acquisitions of Indonesian banks by foreign investors.
