Ariza is an Associate in the firm's Corporate, Commercial and Capital Markets Practice Group with her practice ranging from M&A, joint ventures, financing and general corporate matters and a wealth of experience in various industries including mining, fintech, logistic, healthcare, construction, maritime and infrastructure.

Ariza advises on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings, joint ventures, company liquidation, corporate governance, market entry and foreign direct investments.

Among her notable works, she has advised PT FKS Multi Agro Tbk in relation to legal aspects and transactional matters of port management in collaboration with the East Java and a domestic State-Owned Enterprise, which includes regulatory compliance and licensing in relation to the procurement of Forest Spatial Utilization Permit for the client to actualize its investment in the forestry and agriculture sectors. She also acted for PT Gerai Cepat Untung (GoToko), a business entity and affiliate of GoTo Group, in relation to the management takeover and its voluntary liquidation. Recently, she advised a prominent local healthcare company pertaining to intercompany financing arrangements with its affiliate entity engaging in the hospital operation.

Ariza's expertise in mining sector is demonstrated by her role working with the International Energy Agency as a legal consultant in relation to its joint public policy collaboration with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources to review the prevailing regulations governing Critical Mineral and Coal Mining in Indonesia. During her on-going active role here, she has provided legal advisory and research on the management of critical mineral and coal mining in Indonesia, with a particular focus on key regulations governing mining waste management and greenhouse gas (GHG) emission control, which includes performing regulatory research and drafting a gap analysis report on Indonesian mining policy in comparison to international standards.
