Fauzan is an Associate in the firm's Corporate, Commercial and Capital Markets Practice Group. His practice covers a broad range of corporate and commercial areas, including cross-border private acquisitions, joint ventures and manpower works. He has advised and acted for a diverse range of multinational companies in the mining, banking, securities, financing, manufacturing, energy, tech and plantation industries, particularly from South Korea, in a wide variety of acquisitions, manpower, financing, licensing, corporate governance and debt restructuring.

Fauzan previously worked at the Indonesia office of one of South Korea's largest law firms and is a go-to lawyer for manpower and mining-related legal matters and projects. He advised companies, boards and management teams on compensation and benefits in M&A, manpower aspect of corporate reorganization, immigration law and foreign employees utilisation, employment termination and severance arrangements.

He also regularly advises on the structuring of transactions and investments to address the foreign investment regime, assists in the preparation of licensing applications to the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources and works to obtain the relevant approvals. Recently, he led multiple legal due diligence works on behalf of a major South Korea's financial services institution in relation to the sales of assets and non-performing loans, among other completed corporate transactions.
