Hanna is an Associate in NARA's Intellectual Property and TMT Practice Group. She advises multinational clients from the United States and Europe on general IP and regulatory matters as well as issues of software compliance and trademark matters across a variety of industries, such as manufacturing, financial services, logistics, energy and natural resources. Hanna also handles various facets of IP commercial transactions such due diligence, negotiations, and drafting and reviewing licensing, franchising, sale and transfer agreements relating to IP rights.
