Mahdi is an Associate in the firm's Intellectual Property and TMT Practice Group. He is the firm's IP specialist when it comes to software compliance projects, having advised global institutional clients of the firm such as Autodesk, Trimble on Dassault Systemes on a variety of software compliance and IP infringement cases. Mahdi is also active in IP litigation and enforcement in addition to his work in IP commercial transactions and regulatory matters related to trade mark and copyright.

Aside from his expertise in IP compliance, transactions, regulatory and contentious matters, Mahdi is well-versed in the commercial litigation area. He advised one of the largest banks in Thailand in a commercial dispute with its business partner regarding regulatory violation in corporate governance matters, and also counseled a group of Singapore-based investors on the dissolution of their portfolio company in the financial services sector in Indonesia.
