Syifa is an Associate in the firm's Corporate, Commercial & Capital Markets Practice Group, specializing in general corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, TMT (technology, media and telco), e-commerce and fintech.

She has extensive experience representing and advising clients on a wide range of acquisition, financing, general corporate and commercial transactions, particularly in the banking, technology and fintech sectors. Recently, she advised a domestic conglomerate in the real estate and hospitality industries on the procurement of payment service license from Bank Indonesia, having successfully secured the license for the client to launch the payment services in its business ecosystem. She also advised one of the largest fintech companies in Asia on the regulatory compliance, legal and licensing requirements for its strategic market entry and expansion into Indonesia's highly regulated digital banking through acquisition of a local bank.
