Over the course of his career, Valdano has been involved as transactional lawyer in numerous M&A deals in a diverse range of industries including fintech, TMT, energy and natural resources, manufacturing and financial services. He counsels across all investment and fundraising structures and strategies including post-transaction compliance and co-investments, and is especially formidable when it comes to M&A, corporate finance transactions, fundraising and joint venture deals. He has advised multinational enterprises and start-ups on a wide range of acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, corporate actions and governance, regulatory compliance, and general contractual and commercial matters.
